In-flight Amenities

Business Class and Economy Class are the 2 classes of service offered on long haul flights. Business Class passengers get a choice between 3 main dishes and 2 appetizers which are served with salad, dessert and wines. Similarly, Economy Class passengers are given a choice between different hot meals served with dessert, salad and complimentary drinks. While Business Class passengers relax on seats that can be converted into flat beds, Economy Class passengers are offered seats that come with features like ample legroom and headspace. In-flight entertainment is offered in both the classes, and includes a collection of movies, audio channels and television programs.

On short haul flights, there are 4 classes of service Check & Go, Light & Relax, Flex & Fast, and Bizz & Class. For both Bizz & Class and Flex & Fast classes, middle seat is kept free so your privacy is taken care of. In both these classes passengers are offered complimentary food and drinks. While in Check & Go and Light & Relax classes passengers are offered comfortable seats, they are not offered complimentary food and drinks.

While Business Class passengers are offered hand baggage allowance of 16 kg (2 bags) and checked baggage allowance of 64 kg (2 bags), in the Economy Class passengers are offered hand baggage allowance of 12 kg (1 bag + 1 accessory) and checked baggage allowance of 23-46 kg (1 or 2 bags). In the Bizz & Class passengers are offered hand baggage allowance of 16 kg (2 bags) and checked baggage allowance of 64 kg (2 bags). Similarly in the Flex & Fast and Light and Relax classes, passengers are offered hand baggage allowance of 12 kg (1 bag + 1 accessory) and checked baggage allowance of 23 kg (1 bag). In the Check & Go class passengers are only allowed hand baggage allowance of 12 kg (1 bag + 1 accessory) and no checked baggage allowance.
